(AGE)has prepared this report for the destruction of seven ground <br /> water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-7) at 433 West Scotts Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California (site). The site location is depicted on Figure 1; site structures and former <br /> monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2. Site background information is included <br /> in Appendix A. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Between October 2003 and March 2008,seven single completed two-inch diameter ground <br /> water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-7) had been installed both on-site and off-site. <br /> Monitoring wells MWA through MW-7 were installed to depths between 30 feet below <br /> surface grade (bsg) and 36.5 feet bsg. Well construction details are summarized in <br /> Table 1, boring logs are included in Appendix B. <br /> As directed by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by letter <br /> dated 20 November 2009, monitoring wells MWA through MW-7 were destroyed under <br /> EHD permits SR#61650 and SR#61651 (Appendix C)in order to fulfill requirements for site <br /> closure. Well Completion Reports generated following the well constructions are included <br /> in Appendix D.
