The following require additional information: Violation 102: will remain open until additional testing is performed or the metal dust is treated as hazardous waste. Please feel free to contact me on metal testing I understand it can be confusing. Violation 403 and 605: 1 need a response on the 5-gallon bucket with used oil. Response states that a lid was placed on it, which is good. However,the 5 gallon bucket will need a hazardous waste label, if the used oil will remain inside. Another option, the contents can be transferred to a 55-gallon barrel with used oil. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
