The topography <br /> is feet above mean sea level. Access to the site is through Valley <br /> Welding Supply at 1033 East Scotts Avenue (Figure 1-2). The contact <br /> person at Valley Welding Supply is Al Clark at 209-465-5686. An <br /> adjacent land parcel also affected by the product from the former <br /> tanks belongs to Lanny R. Williams. This parcel has not been <br /> developed.
