Accompanying
this permit application is a copy of the City of Stockton Encroach-
ment Permit granting All-Terrain Exploration, our drilling
subcontractor, permission, to construct the wells on city property.
The second permit application is for one well which will be
ccnstucted on San Joaquin County property, in the southeast corner
of the site.
WESTON understands that All Terrain Exploration has worked in San
r Joaquin County before, and that your office has on file a completed
contractor questionnaire, a copy of All -Terrain's contractor
license, insurance documentation, and a letter granting WESTON
permission to sign for All-Terrain. If any of these items are
lacking, please let me know and I will forward them to you as soon
as possible.
I have also included WESTON's site-specific Health & Safety Plan,
which outlines contaminant monitoring procedures, personal
protective measures, and emergency response procedures, including
the locations of nearby hospitals.
We have tentatively scheduled to begin work the week of May 6,
991. If you have any questions or require any further information
please contact me or Rob Sengebush at (209) 476-1635.
Sincerely,
ROY F. WESTON, INC.
Brian A.
