" dated August 21 1995 <br /> by the ChemRask Division of McLaren/Hart. Attached to the <br /> Addendum are copies of the quarterly groundwater monitoring <br /> reports of Santa Fe' s consultant, ERM-West, Inc , dated July 20, <br /> 1995 , and April 24, 1995 <br /> 2 Our letter of October 18 1994 to Elizabeth Thayer <br /> of the Central Valley Re conal Water ouality Control Board <br /> (CVRWOCB) . As you can see , we noted In that letter the lack of <br /> quarterly monitoring reports since May 1993 and inquired whether <br /> current monitoring results would be required Approximately two <br /> months later, Ms Thayer informed me over the telephone that she <br /> wanted to see current groundwater monitoring results due to <br /> concern about the potential impact of the heavy rainfall during <br /> the last rainy season That led to additional quarterly <br /> monitoring and item 1 above <br /> 3 "Case Closure Checklist , " with cover letter dated <br /> October 14 , 1994 , by ChemRi.sk <br />
