Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Addendum to Workplan for Site Investigation at Former <br /> Thiemann's Service, 106 West Second Street; Ripon, California <br /> Dear Ms. Meays: <br /> As requested in the August 12, 1994 correspondence from San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services to Mr. Gerald Thiemann of Former Thiemann:s Service, RESNA Industries Inc. <br /> (RESNA) has prepared this brief letter addendum to the'August 5, 1994 Workplan for Site <br /> Investigation at the subject site in Ripon, California (Plate 1). Your correspondence stated that . <br /> additional wells will be necessary to ,investigate the extent of .impacted groundwater in the <br /> vicinity of wells MW-2 and MW-3. RESNA proposes to install a total of three monitoring <br /> wells at locations shown on Plate 2. A well permit application for the installation of three <br /> wells and the $89.00 fee will be submitted to San Joaquin County and an encroachment permit <br /> will be obtained from the City of Ripon for installing a well on city property. All work will <br /> be performed in accordance with the August 5, 1994 workplan. <br /> On August 10, 1994, RESNA performed a well survey of all known groundwater wells within <br /> 2000 feet of the site. Records from the State Department of Water Resources Board were <br /> inspected.
