COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> A'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds <br /> by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the <br /> Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 2.
