CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-0092 <br /> JOHN GRAFFIGNA AND ANGELINE HALL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office <br /> for review) . (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended <br /> to reflect the new configuration, by filing a new <br /> Williamson Act Contract with the Community Development <br /> Services Division. (Government Code 5-1240 et seq. ) <br />
