A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor ' s Office for <br /> review. ) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: Eliminate <br /> the cross connection between the well and the standpipe <br /> prior to recordation of the deed or record of survey. <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel #1 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel #1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> a. Legal descriptions of the new parcels shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Division at the same time that the <br /> Record of Survey is submitted to the Surveyor' s Office. <br /> The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />
