The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with no accumulation start date and no hazardous <br /> properties. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with hazardous waste label unobservable due to broken <br /> brake lathe machine blocking label. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with used oil (hydraulic fluid)observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
