CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL THEODORE POULOS GX-92-1 Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to commencement of grading and/or excavating. Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION a. Access shall be limited to the proposed haul route as shown on the drawings. b. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the creation of dust. (Planning Title Section 9-2224. {a}) C. Provide certification of approval of proposed final grades from the South San Joaquin County Irrigation District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {b}) d. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from nine (9) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , except during periods of declared national, state or local emergency. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {d}) e. All emissions shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {f}) f. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in accordance with instructions from the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Planning Title Section 9-2224 . {h}) g. A written notification of work schedules shall be provided to the County by the applicant prior to any grading or excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- 2224 . {j }) h. At the completion of the grading, the applicant shall have a registered civil engineer or licensed surveyor submit a certified finding that compares the excavation's final elevations with the approved permit.
