To destroy all monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-8) and all remedial wells (DPE-1 and <br /> DPE-2) by over-boring to total depth (TD) with 8.25 inch diameter and 10 inch diameter <br /> augers respectively. <br /> 2. To grout and plug all wells with neat cement from TD to surface and patch surface with <br /> materials of like kind. <br /> 3. To containerize all water and soil generated during destruction activities for profiling to <br /> determine appropriate reuse or disposal. <br /> 4. Prepare and submit to the EHD a well destruction permit application including fees by <br /> Aug. 31, 2012. <br /> 2. The scope of work must be completed by October 15, 2012. <br /> 3. A destruction report will be due within 60 days following well destructions when all <br /> affected waste and materials have been removed from the Site.
