The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MORADA FORKLIFT as of May 15, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 15, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #101 - Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. <br /> OBSERVATION This business does not have a hazardous waste ID number in the California Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) database. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br /> transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Identification <br /> (ID) Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br /> month, less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to obtain a State ID number.
