2 Interpretation of the data collected and preparation of bimonthly Monitoring <br /> Reports will be presented to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division. A subsequent groundwater monitoring schedule will be proposed, if <br /> ' necessary, to the Environmental Health Division at the end of the six month period <br /> 3 Excavation of all near-surface contaminated soil, down to the water table <br /> ' Treatment of contaminated soil on-site by bioremediation andre <br /> p paration of a <br /> Source Removal Report (SRP) <br /> 4 Excavation and removal for off-site disposal all remaining subsurface piping <br /> associated with the former underground fuel storage tanks Collection of soil <br /> samples at 15 foot intervals along the piping excavation to document the lack of soil <br /> ' contamination Soil samples to be submitted to a California certified analytical <br /> laboratory. Analytical results will be included in the SRP <br /> ' S <br /> Installation of two additional groundwater monitoring wells to a depth of 30 feet <br /> Obtain necessary encroachment permits from the City of Lathrop, and Installation <br /> of Monitoring Well permits from San Joaquin County Develop and sample the <br /> 1 wells to verify a zero line of contamination Document results as an addendum to <br /> the PAR Revise site plan to include the surveyed locations of the newly installed <br /> ' wells. <br />
