16 May 2001 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0326 <br /> Page 2 of <br /> • The San Joaquin County Public Health Service -Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) was <br /> contacted to identify and locate potential receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the site No <br /> monitoring wells other than those associated with the subject property were located within the 2,000- <br /> foot radius,the nearest leaking underground storage tank(LUFT)locations were Di salvo Trucking <br /> about 2,400 feet northeast and the Lathrop Dehydration Station about 2,950 feet west of the subject <br /> property <br /> • A representative of AGE performed a file review at Department of Water Resources()WR) Three <br /> domestic wells were listed west of 7`"Street,but it is unknown whether they are active or abandoned, <br /> exact addresses were not provided for most of the wells,and the reconnaissance visit did not identify <br /> active wells in this area Three monitoring wells were on record for a property located at 15789 <br /> South McKinley installed in July 1988, PHS-EHD has no records on file for this property <br /> • A representative of AGE interviewed Mr Pete Freire,Maintenance Supervisor at the Lathrop Public <br /> Works Department,who has knowledge and a map of water wells within the city, his map verifies <br /> well locations identified during the reconnaissance survey Mr Freire provided information on City <br /> of Lathrop Well #7, located within 2,000 feet southeast of the subject property(see Appendix B), <br /> according to Mr Freire,the well is tested regularly and has no contamination problems <br /> .
