SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
iBased upon data collected from the site, AGE concludes the following
i • The ground water gradient was calculated to be 0 0036 ft/ft directed N 45'W
Much higher concentrations of TPH-g, as well as toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes were
detected In MW-1 than in previous quarterly monitorings,TPH-g concentrations were twice
i as high and xylenes were three tunes as much as previous monitonngs TPH-g also was
detected in MW-3 for the first time
i • Petroleum hydrocarbons were not detected m MW-2 and MW-4
• MTBE was detected at concentrations as high as 22 µg/1 in monitoring well MW-3,
• exceeding both the State of California's secondary MCL of 5 pg/1 and the State of
iCalifornia's action level of 13 µg/1
a
i5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
i Based upon data collected from the site,AGE recommends continued ground water monitoring The
next quarterly monitoring event should be scheduled for December 2000
i6.0.
