INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr James Langston of Langston's Market, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc <br /> (AGE)has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 15615 South 7`h Street, Lathrop, <br /> California The scope of work included advancement of one soil boring for collection of soil and <br /> grab ground water samples, quarterly ground water monitoring and preparation of this report The <br /> location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Structures and <br /> monitoring well locations on the site are illustrated on Figure 2 Background information and details <br /> of previous investigations at the site are summarized in Appendix A <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 08 March 2004, one soil prob boring was advanced near the former fuel dispenser location to <br /> I define the eastern extent(adjacent to 7" Street) of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil at the site, <br /> in addition, a quarterly ground water monitoring event was performed at the site Field work was <br /> performed in accordance with California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region (RWQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) guidelines <br /> for investigating underground storage tank(UST)sites and sampling groundwater monitoring wells, <br /> respectively <br /> I <br /> 21 SOIL PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT AND SAMPLING <br /> On 08 March 2004 one soil robe boring was advanced at the site for collection of soil and 'grab' <br /> > p g � <br /> ground water samples <br /> 2 1 1 Soil Probe Boring Advancement <br /> One soil probe boring (P-1) was advanced to a total depth of 35 feet below surface grade (bsg) <br /> utilizing a van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit equipped with 1 25-inch diameter <br /> probing rods, the probing unit advances soil probe borings using a hydraulic hammer to drive soil <br /> and ground water sampling tools to specified depths The boring was advanced near the former fuel <br /> dispenser location (Figure 2) <br /> IAdvanced GcoEnvironmcntal,Inc <br />
