(AGE) has prepared the <br /> enclosed Additional Site Assessment Work Plan for the Langston's Market site located at 15615 <br /> South 7" Street, Lathrop, California. <br /> The Work flan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD). Up to five soil probe borings will be advanced at the <br /> site to further evaluate the vertical and lateral extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impacts. AGE will <br /> monitor and sample existing ground water monitoring wells at the site prior to initiation of the <br /> proposed work. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee and site-specific health and safety plan.
