The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SIERRA VISTA HOMES HACSJ as of July20, 2020. <br /> Open violations from May 18, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#2-Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)for 2019 and 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3- Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented for 2019 and 2020. A Hazardous <br /> Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened <br /> release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 <br /> gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard <br /> temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5- Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> Twenty three 5 gallon pails and 32 one gallon cans of used/waste paint, greater than 100 gallons of new paint <br /> (actual amount was not available), and a 500 gallon waste oil tank were found on site that has not been reported. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
