The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for SIERRA VISTA HOMES HACSJ as of July20, 2020. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually for 2019 and 2020. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#10-Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. During the inspection, twenty three 5 gallon pails and 32 one gallon cans of used/waste paint were found on site that have not been reported. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name.
