Tracy Rural Fire Station #1 v <br /> 22484 South Seventh Street <br /> Banta CA <br /> 1988 <br /> 9126188 San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHSIEHD) issued a permit to remove one 1,000 gallon gasoline underground <br /> storage tank (UST) with the state identification number 39-1414-01. <br /> 10/12/88 Tank number 39-1414-01 was removed this date and two soil samples were <br /> collected. Water was observed in the tank pit at 11 feet below ground surface <br /> (bgs) and a grab groundwater sample was collected. The following is a <br /> summary of the analytical results obtained from the samples collected at the time <br /> of tank removal. The PHSIEHD inspector noted that the tank was in poor <br /> condition and corroded. <br /> Sample Benzene Toluene Ethyl- Xylene TPH- EDB Total <br /> ID benzene gasoline Lead <br /> #1@10' <0.20 <0.20 <0.20 <0.20 <1.0 <0.02 9.4 <br /> soil <br /> #2@11' <20.0 55.0 32.0 100.0 590.0 <2.0 11 <br /> soil <br /> #3@11' <5.0 18.0 <5.0 11 <200.0 NA 0.84 <br /> water <br /> Note: All results in ppm either mg/kg for soil or mgll for water <br /> EDB: Ethylene Dibromide <br /> 10/24/88 The UST was disposed of at Schnitzer Steel Products at 12000 Folsom Blvd in <br /> Rancho Cordova CA. <br /> 1119188 PHSIEHD reviewed the analytical results obtained from samples collected at the <br /> time of tank removal and filed Proposition 65 notification and an Unauthorized <br /> Release report. <br /> 1994 <br /> 03/08/94 PHSIEHD issued correspondence requesting that a UST Cleanup Application be <br /> submitted, indicating that an Unauthorized Release report had been filed and <br /> that the site would be prioritized. <br /> 1996 <br /> 12/17/96 PHSIEHD issued a Notice of Reimbursement which is the official notification that <br /> the site was placed into the Local Oversite Program for oversite of assessment <br /> and cleanup activities at the site. <br /> 1997 <br /> 1114197 PHSIEHD met with Chief Gene LeBlanc to complete the Cleanup Fund <br /> Application. <br />
