The plan is a proposal to excavate the soil <br /> which may have been contaminated from unauthorized releases from the USTs which <br /> were located on the property. <br /> 1 <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> I <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at EHD, 304 E.
