REPORT PREPARATION
Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared
presenting the findings of the soil removal activities. The report will include a description of the
work performed and the results of the sampling and analysis. Conclusions and applicable
recommendations will be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to the
SJCEHD and CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist.
4.0. FIELD PROCEDURES
All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California
Registered Geologist.Procedures for soil excavation, soil sampling, and equipment decontamination
are outlined below.
4.1. SOIL EXCAVATION PROCEDURES
Soil will be excavated using a backhoe or an excavator. Soil will be stockpiled on-site for eventual
disposal at Forward Landfill. Excavated soil will be field screened for the presence of volatile
organic compounds using an OVM. Based on OVM readings and field observations, excavated soil
will be segregated into clean soil(if appropriate)and impacted soil;only soil exhibiting hydrocarbon
Advanced Geo Environmental
