Immediately notify all AES personnel and clients personnel on site <br /> of the situation requiring evacuation. <br /> 2. Leave the area, report to a designated point, account for all <br /> personnel. <br /> 3. Notify Emergency Services, as appropriate. <br /> 4. Maintain site security and control measures for community safety <br /> until emergency responders arrive. <br /> 5. Notify the AES PM and the RHSO as soon as possible. <br /> 6. Notify clients representative and consult regarding subsequent <br /> remediation and administrative actions. Document each interaction <br /> with the client and note, in writing: date, time, authorizations, <br /> refusals, decisions, and commitments to actions. <br /> 5.2 Fire 1. Immediately notify all AFS personnel and clients personnel on site <br /> Emergency of a situation which may require evacuation. <br /> 2. Notify the Emergency Services. <br /> 3. Employee's Option: Attempt to extinguish or control small fires <br /> with an all-purpose extinguisher. <br /> 4. Notify AES PM and the RHSO as soon as possible. <br /> 5.
