<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Sanitizer dispenser is damaged and employees have a hard time getting dispenser to dispense 200 ppm
<br /> Quat. Level was zero at 3 comp sink and for small green container for knives when inspection took place. Repair dispenser,
<br /> immediately.Test sanitizer level every time sink is filled up with solution.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Last time routine inspection took place, an employee cut their finger when he was cutting open plastic
<br /> food bag. He was using a small knife. Provide a kitchen shear(scissor)to prevent another injury. Correct by 2 days.
