Penn Envlronmen(al
March 30, 1995
Kent Gikas
Union Safe Deposit Bank
317 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Subject: Subsurface Soil Investigation
1725 Sanguinetti Lane
Stockton, California 95202
Dear Mr. Gikas:
The following report details Penn Environmental's investigations and findings
during the subsurface soil investigation conducted at the above referenced site.
The report presents a description and background of the project site; a summary
of activities conducted at the project site during the field exploration, and the
findings and conclusions of this investigation.
Analytical testing of soil probe sample number SP-3, 11B, recovered at a depth
of 1 foot, detected a Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon as Motor Oil at a level of 16
parts per million (ppm) . Additional samples from this soil probe recovered at
depths of 3 and 7 feet revealed non-detectable levels of tested constituents.
The testing results indicate that a localized contamination of the surf icial soil
in the area of the soil probe SP-3 may have occurred.
The analytical testing of other soil probe samples and soil samples obtained from
the borings revealed non-detectable levels of the tested constituents_
It has been a pleasure to be of service to you on this project and we look
forward to working with you in the future. Should you have any questions, please
feel free to contact our office.
Respectfully Submitted:
Penn Enviro n al
Eric J.
