Soil and Groundwater Investigation Workplan, and the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) correspondence in <br /> regards to this site. <br /> On August 6, 2010 ARCADIS submitted a voluntary request for agency oversight at <br /> the Site on behalf of Chevron. On August 18, 2010 the RWQCB provided their <br /> comments to the Site Investigation Work Plan prepared by ARCADIS and indicated <br /> that they look forward to working with ARCADIS on the project moving forward. <br /> ARCADIS responded on September 7, 2010 to the RWQCB addressing the above <br /> mentioned comments.
