(ARCADIS) has reviewed the comments provided by the Jennifer Wagler
Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for the Site Investigation Report
(SIR) prepared for the property at 401 North San Jose Street in Stockton, California Phone:
(Site). Chevron Environmental Management Company (CEMC) is managing this 925.296.7819
project on behalf of Texaco Inc. (Texaco). ARCADIS, on behalf of CEMC, submitted Email:
the SIR on April 7, 2011 and recommended additional assessment and installation of Jennifer.Wagler@arcadis-
monitoring wells at the Site.
