S 1 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE . <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at. <br /> 749 Sierra Nevada, in the City of Stockton (APN 151-074-06) on the <br /> southwest corner of the intersection of Sierra Nevada and Flora, <br /> has been reviewed by 'San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library, 605 N. El Dorado, Stockton, <br /> and Environmental Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, <br /> Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 <br /> p.m. If a request by any member of the public for a public hearing <br /> is not received by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division by July 1, 1991, the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division at the above <br /> address.
