Roller! : <br /> Groundwater Technology, Inc . (GTT) presents this work plan for <br /> the initial phase of free product removal at the above-referenced <br /> site. The work steps included would provide valuable preliminary <br /> information on the hydrogeology and the amount of free product <br /> present beneath the site. The work steps summarized in this <br /> letter have been verbally agreed to by a representative of the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) as an .initial step <br /> toward site remediation. Prior to proposing -additional remedia- <br /> tion for the site, a meeting which would include the California <br /> Regional Water Quality -Control Board, Central Valley Region <br /> (CRWQCB-CVR) , SJLHD, GTI , and the eluent would be in order. <br /> GTI 's proposed scope of work would include the following: <br /> Monitor the two wells (MW-1 and MW-2) which contain <br /> free product twice a week to determine product thick- <br /> ness ' (Figure 1 ) . The remaining wells (MW-3 through MW- <br /> 7) would be monitored on a weekly basis. <br /> " Bail free product from each well twice a week for a <br /> period of one month. .Bailing would be conducted using <br /> a dedicated acrylic bailer . j <br /> Store free product on site in Department of Transpor- <br /> tation (DOT) approved storage drums , for removal at a <br /> later date. <br /> Offices throughout the U.S.,Canada and Overseas <br />
