Ensure you trust this sender before continuing.
Hi Rick,
I received and reviewed the return to compliance (RTC) paperwork you submitted in response to the Estes Trucking
hazardous waste inspection conducted on 1/29/2020.The following information/clarification is needed in order to close
out the remaining violations:
1. Violation 103:The waste profile submitted for the waste printer toner, which was disposed of as non-hazardous
waste, indicates that the waste determination is based on process/generator knowledge. However, the profile
does not provide information on the types and amounts of chemicals in the printer toner, or an SDS sheet that
includes this information. Submit information on the types and amounts of chemicals in the printer toner, which
would help to explain why the printer toner was determined to be non-hazardous waste.
2. Violation 406:The RTC paperwork states the two empty containers were removed, however it is unknown how
the containers were managed and where they were taken. Submit a statement and supporting documentation
explaining how the containers were managed and where they were taken.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
1
