CROP IRRIGATION Representative samples shall be collected of the irrigation waters prior to appli- cation and only if irrigation is planned in that year. The following shall consti- tute the irrigation water monitoring. The irrigation water samples shall be collected, analyzed, and the results reported to the Board prior to application of the irrigation waters. A report describing the standard application rates of the above applicable constituents for the partic- ular crop(s) and soil type(s) shall be submitted along with the water analysis. REPORTING In reporting the monitoring data, Simplot shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constitutents and their concentrations, and other data as required are readily discernible. Monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th day of the month following the respective monitoring period. The annual report discussed in D.5., of the Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements shall be submitted. If Simplot monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more fre- quently than is required by this Order, Simplot shall include the results of such monitoring in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the discharge Monitoring Report Form. Such increased frequency shall be indicated on the dis- charge Monitoring Report Form.
