(GSH),ARCADIS, U.S. (ARCADIS) is <br /> submitting a draft work plan to delineate soil contamination in the Ag Chem Area of Prone <br /> the Former Occidental Chemical Corporation (OCC)facility in Lathrop, California. 916.786.5535 <br /> Email <br /> The proposed scope of work is consistent with our discussion at a project scoping liz.sewell@arcadis-us.corr <br /> meeting on March 7, 2012(Task 1 of Voluntary Cleanup Agreement[VCA] HSA-VCA <br /> 10/11-097). Approximately 23 soil borings will be advanced during the first phase of our reg <br /> investigation,followed by up to 20 contingency borings in a second phase.Additional RV009840.0003.00012 <br /> sampling will be conducted if needed to delineate soil contamination within the Ag <br /> Chem Area. <br /> The results of the supplemental investigation will be used to complete the risk <br /> evaluation and cleanup level determination, feasibility study and remedy selection <br /> documentation (Tasks 2 through 4 of the VCA).As discussed during the meeting, <br /> this work plan also summarizes historical investigations and interim remedial actions. <br /> ARCADIS will initiate the supplemental soil investigation upon concurrence from the <br /> DTSC.
