The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PROFESSIONAL AUTO REPAIR as of May04 , 2020 . <br /> Open violations from February 07, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION1 The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262 . 23 (a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste . This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years , from 2017 to present, for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil , used antifreeze , and used paper oil filters . Provide these records and a <br /> corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 to present for hazardous wastes including <br /> used oil and used antifreeze were not found on site during the inspection . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 through present <br /> and maintain them on site .
