The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PROFESSIONAL AUTO REPAIR as of February03, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 26, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Containers of hazardous waste not properly labeled: <br /> -A white 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze on the west side of the facility only had contents labeled. <br /> -A white 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze on the west side of the facility did not have a label <br /> -Three(red/black, red, blue) 55 gallon drums of used used oil on the west side of the facility did not have a label. <br /> Disposal records dated 8-20-15. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long the used antifreeze has been on site, immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #608 -Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters on the west side has been on site longer than one year per Cesar <br /> Davila, the Manager. The bill of lading on site was dated 11-3-14. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil <br /> filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may <br /> store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the <br /> bill of lading to the EHD. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters did not have a start accumulation date. Used oil filters shall be <br /> drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and marked <br /> with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark a start date and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in <br /> this way. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
