Item NO. 1 Comm. Gillispie said he still had concern over the drainage pond and access. Comm. Carter said she was concerned over the lack of grading infor- mation and the pond. Chairman Jungeblut said he felt there should be a circulation pattern. He noted that the area is quite developed. Comm. Gillispie said that if this area were not so developed, he pro- bably would be more concerned. He noted that this is the outer edge of the Rural Residential area. Mr. Lopez asked that the Public Works Department be given some flexi- bility in reviewing the improvement plans and the Final Map. Comm. Carter said she would like to add the suggestion by the Local Health District as a condition of approval. Mrs. Affonso, Deputy Counsel, asked that Note #15, shown on the map, be clarified. She said that the improvements would still have to be fully made at the time the first map comes in, or otherwise that note be deleted. Chairman Jungeblut commented that this Tentative Map does not solve all of the problems. There should be some clarification. Mrs. Affonso noted that the Commission could entertain a motion for a continuance. Chairman Jungeblut said he felt this matter should be continued. Dennis Wilson said that he would agree to whatever access the Department of Public Works wants if it is within reason. He said he did not want a continuance. Mr. Wilson was asked what was meant by the "General Note" stating "No change in drainage. " Mr. Wilson did not respond to that question. Mrs . Affonso commented that if the size of the pond is not known at this time, then it would not be possible to determine the minimum zone size. She said that from that aspect, if the size of the ponds is not known, an adequate condition cannot be placed on the application. Mr. Wilson concurred with a continuance. It was pointed out that a letter of continuance must be submitted to the Planning Staff for the file. MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gillispie-Gabbard) and carried by a unani- mous roll call vote to continue this item until July 16 , 1986, or until a revised map or revised notes can be submitted.
