Planning Division: <br /> a. Five ( 5) 9-foot by 20-foot parking spaces shall be pro- <br /> vided. <br /> b. The hours of operation shall be limited to 8 : 00 a.m. to <br /> 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> c . Outdoor lighting shall be <br /> limited to that required for security. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . The new <br /> wastewater pond shall be constructed with a levee built to <br /> a minimum of three feet above the 100-year flood elevation. <br /> b. A five-foot-wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Hollenbeck Road along the frontage of APN 183-170-03 . <br /> c . An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. Provide a new septic system isolated the proper distance <br /> from the water supply. The redwood septic tank located 35 <br /> feet from the well shall be removed. <br /> b . Provide a 1600-gallon grease trap. <br /> c . Provide an approved cross-connection control device on the <br /> water well . <br />
