The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for AMERICAN RIVER AG as of June29, 2020. <br /> Open violations from May 18, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#2-Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br /> Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3 -Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and <br /> pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5- Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> Five 55 gallon drums of gear oil and six drums(actual weight was not available)were found on site that has not <br /> been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business <br /> plan.
