The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for AMERICAN RIVER AG as of June29, 2020. Open violations from May 18, 2020 inspection Violation#2-Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#3 -Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#5- Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Five 55 gallon drums of gear oil and six drums(actual weight was not available)were found on site that has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan.
