Dispose of all used oil filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used oil filters not stored, handled <br /> and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, <br /> disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended on <br /> 3.16.2020 and replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> The following changes were made to this report: <br /> -Violation 117 was omitted from the inspection report due to generator status changing from large to small <br /> quantity generator. <br /> -Added the following to violation 403: "-Approximately six 5-gallon buckets with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> Operator transferred contents to one 55-gallon container with used paper oil filters. -One 5-gallon bucket with <br /> used paper oil filters observed with no lid. " <br /> -Omitted violation 507 due to generator status changing from large to small quantity generator. <br /> -Violation 605 added the following Observations: "--One 55-gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with <br /> no accumulation start date. -One 5-gallon bucket with used paper oil filters observed with no hazardous waste <br /> label. Operator transferred to one 55-gallon container with used paper oil filters. -Approximately 6 5-gallon <br /> buckets with used oil observed with no hazardous waste labels located in the used oil tank room.
