CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO 3736 <br /> ZR-92-16 <br /> 1. Prior to the approval of any industrial use of the property, <br /> applicants shall agree to meet the requirements of the State <br /> and Federal Endangered Species Acts with respect to the San <br /> Joaquin Kit Fox. <br /> 2 . All individual industrial uses must meet the County Water <br /> Policy (Resolution R-91-973) . <br /> 3 . Any industrial development of the parcels shall be served by <br /> public water, wastewater treatment, and drainage systems when <br /> such systems become available. Interim use of the existing <br /> private wells and septic systems shall be limited to domestic <br /> type waste generation until there is a connection to public <br /> services. <br /> 4 . Any industrial development of the parcels will require <br /> improvement of Hansen Road across the frontage of the project <br /> site, to San Joaquin County standards for a 60 foot wide right <br /> of way Local Industrial Road. <br /> 5 . Prior to the approval of any industrial development, a traffic <br /> study will be required to determine if traffic signals are <br /> warranted at the intersection of Hansen Road and Schulte Road. <br /> ZR-92-16 -2- ORD 3736 <br />
