1.Prior to the approval of any industrial use of the property, the requirements of the State of <br /> California Department of Fish and Game and the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service, consistent with the <br /> State and Federal Endangered Species Acts with respect to the San Joaquin Kit Fox, shall be <br /> met. <br /> 2.All individual industrial uses must meet the County Water Policy (Resolution R-91-973). <br /> 3.Any industrial development shall be served by the public water,wastewater treatment plant, and <br /> drainage systems that serve the industrial area to the north of this project site (Safeway/Patterson <br /> Pass Business Park industrial complex). <br /> 4.Any industrial development of the parcels will require dedication of Hansen Road from the <br /> northerly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad to and across the frontage of the <br /> project site, and improvements must be made to San Joaquin County standards for a 60-foot wide <br /> right-of-way Local Industrial road from the beginning of the new construction to the site, including <br /> the bridge across the California Aqueduct. <br /> S.Prior to the approval of any industrial development, a traffic study will be required to determine <br /> if traffic signals are warranted at the intersection of Hansen Road and Schulte Road. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> None. <br /> ACTION TO BE TAKEN FOLLOWING APPROVAL: <br /> None. <br /> Sincerel , <br /> CHET DAVISSON <br /> DIRECTOR <br /> CD:PK:mjk <br /> Enc.
