These conditions were developed to <br /> mitigate to a level of insignificance those impacts that were identified as potentially significant. Attachment <br /> A is a complete list of conditions that would need to be included in the Zone Reclassification application <br /> if the project is approved. <br /> With respect to action on the project and environmental assessment,the Planning Commission has three <br /> possible alternatives: <br /> 1. Deny the project (no environmental assessment necessary). <br /> 2. Recommend approval of the General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification to the Board <br /> of Supervisors with conditions on the Zone Reclassification to permit action with a Negative <br /> Declaration. <br /> 3. Require an Environmental Impact Report to fully assess the impacts of the project as proposed. <br /> -11- <br />
