Lammers Rd. , Tracy <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Submit three sets of building plans for review by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. Plans shall include the design <br /> of the entire dairy facility (milking barn, corrals, free <br /> stall housing, shelter sheds, dry cow facilities, calf barns, <br /> and waste water ponds) . <br /> b. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to <br /> be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or <br /> a health problem. <br /> C. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an <br /> amount which would preclude good waste management practices. <br /> Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management <br /> Report to be approved by Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Applicant must submit a manure management plan to the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region and approval by them and the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to development. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481, A.B. 939 , <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> p.
