Emissions generated during the construction process are of concern to the District. <br /> The attached dust control practices shall be implemented if and when construction <br /> takes place. <br /> 4. The applicant shall apply for an Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate for the <br /> equipment necessary in the operations of a dairy farm. Equipment such as gasoline <br /> storage tanks and standby generators is regulated by the District. <br /> 5. Where an application is filed for a permit to operate any article, machine, equipment <br /> or other contrivance by reason of transfer from one person to another, and where a <br /> permit to operate had previously been granted, and no alteration, addition, or transfer of <br /> location had been made, the applicant shall pay a $50 filing fee. <br /> 6. Projects shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation measures, if applicable <br /> for the Air Pollution Control District staff in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> 7. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the District in writing with respect to <br /> the actual date of construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> The applicant should use file no. DP-91-43 in the communication to the District and under <br /> the attention of the planning section if and when construction and/or <br /> grading is implemented. <br /> The District appreciates the opportunity to comment.
