Hammer Lane <br /> USE: Religious center and variance <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> 1. No conventional septic tank system will be permitted. <br /> 2. It is recommended that facility be connected to community services <br /> both sewer and water. If this is not possible, the following criteria <br /> must be met: <br /> a. Proposed water well must be installed under permit and meet <br /> all requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 and <br /> provisions of CAC, Title 22. <br /> b. Sewage treatment plant must be designed by a registered engineer <br /> and meet all requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. <br /> Submit three (3) sets of engineer plans to San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District prior to construction and make application for sanitation permit. <br /> c. A waste discharge permit must be obtained from California Regional Water <br /> Quality Board, Central Board, Central Valley Region, prior to issuance <br /> of permit from San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> 3.
