Access to Hammer Lane for the <br /> Moreland Street residents will be severely restricted <br /> during periods of project ingress and egress. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Christian Life Center has submitted Variance and Use Permit <br /> applications for a large, multi-use religious complex. Approval <br /> of the Variance would allow the construction of a 108-foot-high, <br /> dome-shaped sanctuary.
