As such, <br /> the following General Plan service policies apply: <br /> Water supply by an existing public agency. <br /> ° Sewage disposal by an existing public agency at a <br /> wastewater treatment plant . <br /> Storm drainage by a public terminal system approved by the <br /> County Department of Public Works. <br /> If the site will not be allowed to connect to City of Lodi <br /> systems for water supply and sewage disposal services, staff will <br /> recommend project denial . If , on the other hand, out-of-City <br /> services are to be provided, then staff would consider making a <br /> favorable project recommendation.
