ZR-88-22 OF KERRY SUESS (C/O <br /> DILLON ENGINEERING) to amend the General Plan Land Use/Circulation <br /> Map for five acres from Agriculture to Limited Industrial and a <br /> Zone Reclassification from I-PA (Interim-Protected Agriculture ) to <br /> M-1 (Limited-Manufacturing) . Located northeast of the intersec- <br /> tion of Lockeford Street and Guild Avenue, east of Lodi . <br /> (Supervisorial District 4 ) <br /> Associate Planner Kerry Sullivan introduced a staff report into the <br /> record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> PROPONENTS: Cecil Dillon, Engineer, concurred with the staff findings <br /> and recommendations. <br /> OPPONENTS: None <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gillispie-Morri ) and carried by a vote of <br /> 6-0 to recommend that the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration and instruct the Clerk to file a <br /> Notice of Determination; and <br /> 2 . Approve GP-88-23 and ZR-88-22 , based on the Bases for Action con- <br /> tained in -the staff report. <br /> Comm.
