• ► n1 <br /> f <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-86-321 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GP-86-23 , GP-86-24 AND <br /> GP-88-12, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBITS. <br /> WHEREAS, the San Joaquin County Planning Commision did recommend <br /> adoption of GP-86-23 , GP-86-24 and GP-88-12; and <br /> WHEREAS , on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter , notice of which hearing was given in <br /> accordance with law and oral or documentary evidence having been <br /> received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the internal <br /> consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> the Land Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan of San Joaquin <br /> County is hereby amended by the approval of the following: <br /> 1. General Plan Map Amendment No. GP-88-23 , application of Kerry <br /> Suess (c/o Dillon Engineering) , to amend the General Plan Land <br /> Use/Circulation Element Map for five acres from Agriculture to <br /> Limited Industrial. The property is located northeast of the <br /> intersection of Lockeford Street and Guild Avenue, east of Lodi. <br /> 2. General Plan Text Amendment No. GP-86-24 (Consistency Matrix) , <br /> application of the San Joaquin County Planning Division, to amend <br /> the Zoning/General Plan Consistency Matrix, Appendix B, of the <br /> Land Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan. Applicable <br /> Countywide. <br /> 3. General Plan Map Amendment No. GP-BB-12, application of L. Elwood <br /> and Patricia Cooper (c/o Howard L. Seligman) , to amend the General <br /> Plan Land Use/Circulation Element Map for 74 acres from <br /> Agriculture to General Industrial. The property is located on the <br /> west side of State Route 99 between Arch-Airport Road and French <br /> Camp Road and adjacent to the Stockton Metro Airport main runway, <br /> south of Stockton. <br /> _1_ R-BB-321 <br /> GP-8B-12, 23, 24 <br />
