Connection an approved public water supply system as required by <br /> section 9-1120. 2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets <br /> State standards prior to recording the final map. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. The fee currently $366. 48 per multi <br /> family dwelling unit. An additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to <br /> the fee upon payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) . <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 707 North <br /> Gertrude Avenue. <br />
